We are really happy to offer our friends a spacial rate because you will be booking directly with us , will take care of the cleaning on departure and will be supplying all your own linen and towels. We rely on all our friends to  make sure that the next friends visiting will have an equally good experience because you've left the cottage in tiptop condition...

  • Enclosed rear upper decked balcony with furniture and steps down to a lower terrace with furniture

  • Spectacular view of the river, steam trains and Britannia Royal Naval College

  • Area full of naval history and perfect for kayaking and yachting enthusiasts

  • A couple of minutes on the ferry takes you to the working steam railway

  • Dartmouth Castle and 16th century Bayard's Cove Fort are within easy reach

  • Coleton Fishacre National Trust house and gardens are also nearby as is Greenway, Agatha Christie's home

  • Only 5 miles from Woodlands Family Theme Park with Zoo Farm

  • Set on the South West Coast Path, the area is an ideal location for walkers, with Dartmoor National Park only 15 miles away

  • Torquay and Paignton are less then 45 minutes away

  • One designated car parking space in a private car park adjacent to the cottage

  • There is also 'first come first served' local roadside parking for a second car

  • Sorry, no pets and no smoking

  • Shop and pub 5 mins walk

  • Note: Property is set up a very steep hill, not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

  • Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to decked balcony and terrace

  • Note: steep stairs descending from top floor bedroom

  • Note: The check in time for this property is from 4pm and the check out time is by 11am

You bring all your own towels  and bed linen  (for standard single and double)


Before you leave you vacuum and wash down every surface ready for our next visiting friends.


Please ensure that all windows and doors are closed/secure .


Please replace the keys in the key safe.


Do  notify us straightway  of all breakages and breakdowns.
