Topsail Cottage is a fabulous character set in an elevated position a short walk form the beautiful town of Dartmouth, with far reaching views across the stunning river Dart.
We furnished Topsail Cottage to a high standard, with comfort in mind, to provide a lovingly styled holiday home in a wonderful location.
Since 2017 we have been welcoming guests from all over the UK stay in our charming cottage in historic Dartmouth.
It's ideal for 2 to 4 people keen to soak up the laid back atmosphere of the town and take in the sights from both the balcony and the garden.

We are at the top of a steep hill and the house is on 3 floors - unfortunately Topsail may not be suitable for people with mobility issues nor small children.
